PRODUCT · LAPLACE AGENTIC OS

One operating system, five parts

Desk takes in every request. Agents do the work. Ontology remembers everything. Connect links the software you already run. Laplace Work gives every employee their own AI. People sign off on what matters, end to end.

DESK

One front door for every request

Employees don't need to know which system or which person to go to. They say it once — on Desk, in WeCom or in Lark — and drop in attachments. Desk understands the request, asks for anything missing, routes it to the right AI employee and workflow, and reports back when it's done.

  • One entry point: purchases, contract stamps, expenses, requests — all start here.
  • Open to outsiders: give customers, suppliers or partners a private link, no account needed.
  • In your group chats: @ the bot in Lark or WeCom and you're talking to Desk.

AGENTS

AI employees with a role, a playbook and a daily report

Each AI employee owns the full workflow of one role: taking in work, acting across systems, handling exceptions and delivering results. It follows a playbook your team maintains, and when it isn't sure, it stops and asks.

  • Workflows: split a job into steps — which ones the AI does and which a person approves, laid out on a flow chart.
  • Schedules and triggers: collect resumes at 9am, process each new invoice on arrival — no babysitting.
  • Daily reports: every line links back to the original email, attachment and action log.
  • Gets better: corrections go into long-term memory so the same mistake doesn't happen twice.
ONTOLOGY

Your company's own business model

The ontology connects data scattered across your systems back to real business objects — contracts, invoices, approvals, suppliers, candidates — and the relationships between them. Every task an AI employee completes makes it a little more complete.

  • Objects and links: which contract a stamp request belongs to, which approval step it's stuck on, who submitted it — at a glance.
  • Actions are the only way in: every change goes through an action, logged with field-level provenance; fields a person has locked are never overwritten by AI.
  • Clean before it lands: data from many sources is validated first, exceptions are quarantined for review, and the ontology keeps one source of truth.
  • It's yours: people change, systems change, models change — the ontology stays. Private deployment available.

Systems we've connected

Connected via APIs, computer use and RPA. For systems without an API, AI employees can operate the interface the way a person would.
CONNECT

Keep your systems. Read from them, write back to them.

AI employees work inside the systems you already use: looking up items in the ERP, reading workflows in your approval system, creating drafts in your accounting software. System credentials are stored encrypted and granted by role.

  • Read and write back: data syncs into the ontology on schedule, and finished work is written back to the source system.
  • Credential vault: system logins are encrypted, granted by role, and every use is logged.
  • Fast to add: common systems have ready-made connectors; in-house systems connect via their APIs.
LAPLACE WORK

Every employee's own AI, on their desktop

Laplace Work is a desktop AI app that connects to your company's operating system as the employee themselves: their permissions, their name on the work. Look things up, raise requests, build a small app — just say it.

  • Log in and go: no models to configure, no keys to manage.
  • Knows your company: reads the ontology within your permissions — ask "which customers renew next week?" and get an answer.
  • Bring your own AI tools: Claude, WorkBuddy and others can connect with a personal key and do the same.

Governance

AI employees you can control, audit and stop

Human approval

Payments, bulk changes and anything going outside require an owner's sign-off.

Full audit trail

Every run creates a ticket: traceable, retryable, auditable, reviewable.

Take over, or stop everything

Admins can step in at any time, or halt every AI employee with one switch.

Private deployment

Run it on your own servers or a dedicated cloud; your data never leaves.

See it run your business

Bring one real role from your team — we'll show you.
